I don't want to be perfect-
I don't want to be flawless-
Walking in front of you-
I want all my flaws laid out on the table for all to see-
May you choose to love me anyhow-
I've got the ones who love me despite the hopelessly flawed me-
I will not cake on the makeup-
I will not hike up my skirt-
I will not highlight my hair-
So that I can be perfect for someone whom does not even know me-
What's the point in luring in the bait like a shiny hook for a fish who only wants you for one reason-
I am complicated-
I am complex-
I am unique-
There is none like me in the world-
Because God made me for a purpose unlike anyone elses-
And that's to just be me and inspire you to be just you-
After all, thats all we really can do
